Articles of Incorporation
The Foundry Triune Christian Ministry is hereby established as a nonprofit Christian church under the laws of the State of Arizona. Its purpose is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, provide faith-based recovery and discipleship programs, and to conduct all rites and sacraments of the Christian faith including baptism, communion, funerals, and marriages in accordance with A.R.S. §25-124.
The Foundry acknowledges that many called to ministry have walked through hardship and recovery, and that redemption through Christ equips them to extend love and grace as shepherds of the community. This ministry exists to pass forward that same grace through service, compassion, and humility.

Preamble
The Foundry Triune Christian Ministry is built upon the principles of grace, recovery, and renewal through the Triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that those who have experienced restoration through faith are uniquely called to guide others toward healing, demonstrating the living power of redemption through service and love.
Leadership Structure
Pastor Paul Bergeron serves as the founding and presiding pastor. Leadership within The Foundry may include individuals whose paths reflect redemption through Christ. Such history, transformed by grace, is not disqualifying but testifies to God's mercy.
Ordination and Licensing Authority
The Foundry Triune Christian Ministry retains authority to ordain and license ministers of the Gospel, empowering them to perform all sacred rites, including baptism, communion, funerals, and marriages, per A.R.S. §25-124.

Certificate of Ordination
This certifies that Pastor Paul Bergeron has been duly ordained as a Minister of the Gospel by The Foundry Triune Christian Ministry
And is authorized to perform all duties of Christian ministry, including preaching, baptism, communion, funerals, and the solemnization of marriages in accordance with the Holy Scriptures and the laws of the State of Arizona (A.R.S. §25-124).

Our clergy are trained to serve with empathy, humility, and a deep commitment to the message of forgiveness and renewal in Jesus Christ.
In accordance with A.R.S. §25-124, ordained ministers of this church are recognized by the State of Arizona as duly licensed or ordained clergy and are authorized to solemnize marriages. Furthermore, the ordained ministers of The Foundry Triune Christian Ministry are authorized to perform all rites and sacraments of the Christian faith, including baptism, communion, funerals, pastoral blessings, and marriage.
